Dr Richard Hughes 

Clinical Director

Richard is a GP Partner at Kingston Health Centre in the heart of Kingston. He has a special interests in dermatology, musculoskeletal problems, minor surgery and mental health. 


In addition to his work within the practice he is also the clinical lead for the provision of the Extended Hours service across the Borough, operated by the local GP Federation.

Dr Richard Van-Mellaerts

Deputy Clinical Director

Richard is a GP Partner at Fairhill Medical Practice and has worked in Kingston since 2010. In his clinical work he has a special interest in mental health, but enjoys the huge breadth and scope of general practice.

In addition to his practice responsibilities he is the British Medical Association Executive GP Committee member representative for Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth, Kingston and Richmond and is and is Medical Director of the Kingston GP Federation.

Outside of work he enjoys photography, film, and spending time with his family.

Alix Polley

PCN Transformation Manager

Alix manages the PCN ensuring that we follow the contractual guidance and meet the various targets set by NHS England and the SWL ICB. She has a background is in Primary Care and strong local knowledge having worked in and around Kingston since 2003 both on the commissioning side as well as in Practice Management and for the local GP Federation.

 

In addition to her work at the PCN she manages the local Community Diabetes Service.

Sarah Wells

PCN Operations Manager & Digital Lead

Sarah takes operational management responsibility for the ARRS teams across the PCN. She also supports member practices in the PCN with any digital issues. She works closely with the PCN manager to ensure we fulfil our contractual requirements. She has a broad knowledge of Primary Care having worked in Kingston GP Practices’ for the last 17 years. In addition to her PCN role she also supports the ICB with dementia & SMI projects.
