Marialice Albertini

Dietitian

Marialice joined the PCN having previously worked at Ashford & St Peters Hospital. She works across all three member practices. She provides patients with dietetic support for multiple conditions including: Type 2 Diabetes, weight management, post bariatric surgery, malnutrition, gut disorders including IBS, acid reflux, diverticular disease, coeliac disease, women’s health including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, PCOS, endometriosis and menopause. She also assesses and reviews the appropriate prescribing of nutritional borderline substances including oral nutritional supplements and specialist infant formulae.

Stephanie is a passionate Health and Wellbeing coach based at Fairhill Medical Practice & Kingston Health Centre, graduating from the University of Plymouth with a degree in nutrition, and a postgraduate degree in chronic diseases management. Prior to her current role, she spent many years as a dental hygienist. Stephanie seamlessly transitioned into her current role, driven by her dedication to helping patients achieve their health goals. With a focus on personalized support and evidence-based strategies, Stephanie specializes in promoting healthy eating, exercise habits, weight management, and managing chronic diseases through tailored lifestyle changes. Her holistic approach empowers patients to make lasting improvements to their overall wellbeing.

Katya Bobova

Katya holds the Health Coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which gave her an excellent opportunity to learn from the world's leading nutrition, sleep, psychology, mind & body experts. Katya has a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, viewing the human body as a complex ecosystem, where all its systems, functions and organs run in synchrony in order to provide robust health for the individual. Scientific research of epigenetics confirms that nearly 80% of all modern day diseases come from lifestyle choices, and only 20% are inherited. The combination of one's daily habits, starting from quantity and quality of sleep, eating habits, physical activity to relaxation and movement determine whether they will have good health or ill health. Katya focuses on the three pillars of health: sleep, anti-inflammatory diet and exercise (at the level suitable for your physical condition.
